WhatsApp bulk messaging straight from a spreadsheet

Real exports are messy: numbers with spaces and brackets, missing country codes, leading zeros, the same person twice, blank rows at the bottom, a name column that is actually "Full Name (Company)". Paste that into a naive sender and you get failed sends, or worse, a message addressed to nobody.

The importer normalizes what it can, tells you about what it cannot, and never sends silently to a row it did not understand. You see the cleaned list before anything leaves your browser.

   Prepare two columns

   One column of phone numbers in international format, one column of names. Export from your CRM, Google Contacts or Excel as CSV.

   Upload and map

   Drop the file in, tell the extension which column is the number and which is the name, and review the rows it flagged.
