How do I send WhatsApp messages from an Excel file?

What format should the numbers be in?
Full international format, digits only, country code first — for example 14155550134 or +14155550134. Spaces, dashes and brackets are removed automatically; a leading 00 is stripped.
Which columns does it read?
It looks for a header row with a phone/number/mobile/whatsapp column and a name/first name/contact column. If there is no header, it assumes the first column is the name and the second is the number — you can swap that with one click.
Can it send all the messages automatically?
No. Links open one chat at a time, which is intentional: it keeps you inside WhatsApp's normal usage. To send a whole list with randomized delays, daily caps and message variation, use the WhatsApp Sender Tool extension.
Will bulk sending get my number banned?
Sending fast, identical text to people who never opted in is what triggers blocks and reports. Space messages out, vary the wording, and only message contacts expecting to hear from you.
