Terms of Service

By installing the extension or buying a license you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not install or use the software.

A license is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the extension for the duration of your paid period. A key activates on one device; it is single-use and binds to the first browser profile that activates it. You may not share, resell, publish or sublicense your key.

You may only message people who gave you their number and expect to hear from you. You may not use the extension to send unsolicited messages to purchased, scraped or harvested lists, to impersonate anyone, to distribute malware, or to break any law that applies to you — including consumer protection, marketing and data protection rules such as the GDPR.

You are responsible for the content of every message you send and for honouring opt-out requests immediately.

WhatsApp Sender Tool is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. The extension automates actions in your own WhatsApp Web session. Your use of WhatsApp remains governed by WhatsApp's own terms, and WhatsApp may restrict or ban accounts at its discretion. We cannot guarantee your account will not be limited, and we are not responsible if it is.

Plans are $9.99 per month or $69.99 per year, billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. When a subscription lapses, the license stops validating and pro features stop working. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.

Refunds are covered by the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

The extension depends on WhatsApp Web, which can change without warning. We fix breakages as fast as we can but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may add, change or remove features, and may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.

The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the software is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost contacts, account restrictions or other indirect damages.

We may suspend or terminate a license without refund if it is shared, resold, or used to send unsolicited or unlawful messages. You may stop using the software at any time by uninstalling the extension and cancelling your subscription.
