Automation

WhatsApp automation built around not getting flagged

The controls that matter in bulk sending are not speed features — they are brakes. Randomized delays, a hard daily cap, a sending window, long human-like pauses and per-contact message variation, all set once and applied to every campaign.

Why numbers get restricted

Reports from recipients matter most, but pattern matters too. Hundreds of identical messages, sent at a metronome-steady interval, to people who never saved your number, at hours nobody messages — that combination is trivially detectable and it is exactly what a basic bulk sender produces by default.

Automation done well makes your traffic boring: modest daily volume, uneven timing, slightly different wording, business hours only, and nobody on the list who asked to be left alone.

The controls, one by one

  1. 01

    Set a delay range

Pick a minimum and maximum wait between messages. Every gap is drawn at random inside that range.

  2. 02

    Cap the day

Decide how many messages your number sends per day. The campaign auto-pauses at the cap and resumes tomorrow.

  3. 03

    Choose your hours

Define a sending window so nothing goes out overnight or on the days you pick to stay quiet.

  4. 04

    Add human pauses and variants

Insert a long random break every N messages and let Intelligent Mode vary the wording per contact.

Sensible starting settings

A new number: 40 messages a day, 45-90 second random delay, five minute pause every 15 messages, window 10:00-18:00. An established business number with regular replies can move toward a few hundred a day over several weeks. The marketing guide explains how to ramp without tripping anything.

Frequently asked questions

What does WhatsApp automation mean here?

It automates the sending mechanics — who receives what, in which order, with which delay, up to which daily limit, within which hours. It does not auto-reply to incoming messages or run chatbots.

How do randomized delays reduce risk?

A fixed three-second gap between hundreds of messages is a machine signature. A random gap inside a range you choose, plus a longer pause every N messages, produces the uneven rhythm of a person who gets distracted — which is what normal WhatsApp traffic looks like.

What is a sending window?

The hours you allow messages to go out, for example 09:00 to 19:00. If a campaign is still running when the window closes, it pauses and resumes the next day instead of messaging people at midnight.

What are AI-paraphrased variants?

Intelligent Mode rewrites your message into unique variations that keep the meaning and the offer, so recipients do not all receive byte-identical text. You review the style before sending.

Does the daily cap survive a browser restart?

Yes. The counter and the campaign queue are stored locally, so closing the tab pauses the run and reopening it resumes where it stopped, still respecting the cap.

Can I automate follow-ups?

You can queue a second campaign to the contacts who did not reply and track each conversation through the built-in deals pipeline. There is no timed drip sequence — each send is something you start deliberately.
